An office, at last

The fictional offices of Theophilus & Vance are not so different from the real life offices of Theophilus & Vance…

I have a short but exciting update this month: Theophilus & Vance now has an office! In an undisclosed location, down a set of stairs is our humble basement -ahem lower level office space.

My goal with this office is to have a place to start assembling prototypes of the game. I’ve purchased a printer, a large cutting machine is on it’s way, as well as a monitor arm.

Currently my monitor is propped up against the wall…

Karen is hard at work on the manual art, and the pieces are starting to come together. I look forward to having more to show next month. Including possibly an image of said office.

The goal we’re working towards right now is having a complete prototype ready to show off at XOXO Fest, which is happening in Portland this coming August. I’ve never been before, but I hear it’s pretty amazing. It will also be the last XOXO Fest, which must be bittersweet for those folks who have been going for years.
