A New Name. For Real This Time.

I am happy to report that the game manual work is proceeding well, and I'm making a few small refinements to the art in preparation for sending out playtest kits. If you haven't already said you wanted one, please let me know if you'd like a kit. It does come with a commitment to play a certain number of games and take a short survey.

I've engaged a lawyer to trademark a name for the game. I'm choosing between these two:

  1. The Haunting at Bellehaven's End

  2. The Haunting at Cragpoint Manor

Do you have a preference?

I'm always low-key looking for artists for the game and I recently stumbled on the work of Renee Chio. This "Cantina" set of hers is so beautifully lit, I wanted to share it. Seeing these took me right back to Mexico City.

The rest of her portfolio is also good, BUT/AND is mostly beautifully rendered women and girls -some NSFW, if that's of concern to you.

Getting the manual together is starting to give me back some energy on this project, which not only feels like it's taking forever, but is taking forever, literally. In a figurative sense.
